Ceramic Pepsi or Coke?
Can anyone tell me whether there has been any indication by Rolex that they will release the GMT2c with Pepsi or Coke dials some time in the near future? Thanks.

In short, no. My understanding is that Rolex has found it challenging to perfect red/blue ceramic. I think that we all look forward to the day they figure it out but who knows how long it will be...

Sure if they can make it happen then they will.....I'm sure they know they'd be onto a bigger winner than the current GMTIIc if that were possible......

In my opinion, the Supercase GMT would still look very good with an aluminum Pepsi or Coke bezel insert. In other words, I don't think they have to make the bezel insert out of ceramic for the Pepsi & Coke. Same with the 7up Submariner=Green Aluminum bezel insert.

When Rolex unveiled the GMT II Pepsi and Coke originally, did they unveil them both at Basel at the same time? Or did they bring one out one year and the other the next year?

A green bezel is not completely out of the question perhaps, given that there is already green text on the current dial. Any new Coke or Pepsi will probably need the 24 hour hand and text to be changed back to white (or red). |

I'll take the bet - - we already have a blue ceramic bezel but Rolex won't make a red.
We will see a blue/red and a red/black when Rolex can make one without a join and without a colour 'bleed'.

Yeah...all Red maybe too racy for Rolex. The two color bezels do serve a purpose - night / day - so they should be on the way. |

newbie on this forum here. i'd like to see rolex come out with the pepsi or the coke bezel in ceramic, too. but again, no one really knows what's going on with rolex r&d. although, what i'd really like to see is the gmt 2 with the original red 24 hour hand and writing w/ supercase and pepsi ceramic bezel. i thought of putting my 2c on a jubilee bracelet, but end pieces don't fit...
