His explanation for the photos really helps clear things up:
"All photos are of the actual item offered but its for demonstration and because it's photos the colors can be different from each other screen and from the real eye(reality). This is one by one watch like it is, SWISS watch, high made like the real watch. Photos may of the real one and for example only." |

I'd expect that anyone shooting a series of pictures would end up with the time shown being within a few minutes (if the watch is running). Most photo series I've seen on eBay show this. Not this series.
