2006 Sub Black steel" Marines" Green bezel Anniversary 16610LV
This watch has the Military-style sword hands and a M.O.D G10 patern (Nato)strap to bind the Black steel case to the wrist.
With box and papers how much was this in 2006? And what is it worth now with box and papers ?(Mint condition) |

I think the pic request was to get a better idea of what you have. I think we are all familiar here with an LV sub but it appears the one you have is rather unique. Sorry you took it as no one could help without pics.

Possible that this was a custom Project X LV? If so, then original price was . As for resale...well...whatever you're willing to pay for someone else's experiment, but I wouldn't expect it to be nearly what they paid new.

It's just a modified LV on Nato. I'd say it's worth less than an original used LV.

It's a home made jobby and £3,500+ overpriced in my opinion.

Okay, I just looked at it.
It is a vanilla LV sub which somebody switched the hands to sword ($30), tossed the cyclops crystal and replaced with a generic no cyclops sapphire ($75) and then discarded the bracelet ( which will cost you big bucks to replace) and replaced it with a black nylon Nato. ($15) They then probably sold the original parts (since they are not included) and made $1200 out of the $5500 they paid for the original watch. Then they took this POS and gave it a fancy quasi militry name and marked it up to 5,700 GBP or $8,544 (plus VAT) bringing your total cost for this to nearly $10,000 US. Ripoff artists at their best. Total scam.

The watch is a customized Sub.. The market is not great for these, but there is a market. Many will pay quite a bit to have something different, so a buyer would need to decide for themselves if a pricey custom watch is the way to go..
No Rolex cntracted shop will work on one, so that needs to be taken into account as well...
