How to get 14060m tritium hands replaced

I bought my sub second hand recently and got it for a great price. Unfortunately, Idk if the hands are original. The watch is an E series with a tritium dial. Swiss T >25 is written at the bottom.

Unfortunately, the hands' lume doesn't match that on the dial which appears to have aged very nicely. I initially thought the hands were replaced by a RSC with some made out of luminova but a quick foray into a dark bathroom proved otherwise as they didn't glow. Now I'm wondering if they're the originals but just simply didn't age the same way (they are very white vs the cream on the dial). I'm also wondering if they are fake (I am positive the watch is real).

Point is, they ought to go. I'm reluctant to buy hands online as one never knows how the seller's camera was white balanced. Any ideas on what I should do? Is it possible for tritium to age at different rates whether it be the hands or the dial? Finally, are there brick and mortar type places where one could bring the watch to try to find a perfect matching set of hands? I'm in NYC, but travel a lot so any recommendations would be most appreciated.

A pic of the watch in question, unfortunately it doesn't show the tritium very well, but if you look closely you'll see a difference.

Chris,

I have seen a lot of dial/hand combinations on older Rolex watches where the lume on the markers and the hands have different ageing/colouring. The owners have assured me that the hands/dials have never been replaced. I can only assume that it is possible that the dial and hand lume can age differently. I would not be concerned at the difference in the lume on your Rolex.

Was told years ago that Rolex used different manufacturers/contractors for their parts, and was using what available to them at the time.
