Scenario: Jack goes quail hunting before school, pulls into school parking lot with shotgun in gun rack.
1960- Vice principal comes over, looks at Jack’s shotgun, goes to his car and gets his own shotgun to show Jack.
2010 - School goes into lockdown, the RCMP are called, Jack is hauled off to jail and never sees his truck or gun again. Counselors are called in to assist traumatized students and teachers.

Lol alot of truth in those. As a 21 year old who is a product of the Canadian school system in the 2000's (grauated high school in 07) I'm well aware that all of my elders walked 10 miles to school each way in blizzards I've never before seen, entirely uphill, only to arrive at school to be promptly physically disciplined by your highly strict teacher and then sent home to once again receive the belt. But it made you better in the long run. How am I supposed to become a functional member of society with such a soft upbringing? Oh well, might as well give up now.

:) that is my reverse version of your post, all in good fun.
