1970 rolex datejust need oyster band ends
Hey there, can anyone assist??? I have a 1970 stainless steel rolex datejust case number 1600. I have the oyster band however, I am in need of new band ends that attach the band to the case... My local rolex dealer will only sell me the complete band at a price of $500.00. I can't justify that as my band is in perfect condition otherwise.. I have tried those aftermarket pieces on ebay, however, they all seem to be for the new models which have a deeper case... Any suggestions?

just called my buddy. he bought a 1601 b&p from the original owner
it has 258's on a 7836. my master catalog from 1979 shows the new DJ was fitted with 558 on a 78360. it isn't a suggestion, it's just another way to look at it. if you got the band look for the ends happy hunting |

You will need to tell us the ref. number of the bracelet, whether it is a riveted or folded link one.
