Sub Expert(s), Please Help!!!

Does this dial look correct to the sub experts here? I was never aware that not only did the font "submariner" come in red but in other languages as well?

Presentation or organization Rolexes are common in the Arab world..

If somebody can read the inscription, it will likely tell you which organization had the dial done..

Rolex did not provide such dials to the general public.......

Hahahaha now "word lens" app needs to support arabic already lolll anybody has a clue??? So I guess this isn't a red sub or anything.....just a plain 1680 sub dial with arab inscription.....
