Bought wife 2007 78240. Traded 1997. The 2007 when setting time crown winds clockwise while hands move counterclockwise...and vise versa. Store says some years movement set differently. Any thoughts out there?

If it's a midsize DJ then yes, some do that.

What's the serial prefix?

Thank you! Yes midsized DJ. She's wearing it and paperwork at home. I'll take a look when I have a chance. Good to know. I was concerned, but it checks out in every other way and came with paperwork. The DJ I traded was her regular/small two tone pyramid dial. 2007 is stainless MOP diamond dial replacement.
