Best way to ship rolex in canada insured

I thinking of selling one of my rolexes to a buyer out east ,he very worried about shipping without insurance on it .
Its a very high value so i need some suggestions on carriers.

fed ex priority over night
registered mail
brinks armored serves

Let the buyer arrange the insurance after all once he has paid for it it's his.
