President Bracelet on Datejusts

Hi there, I was hoping to get some advice from you guys who know what to look for when looking at a Rolex. I've come across a Rolex datejust with a president bracelet (2010 model) - do Rolex manufacture them in this way? As far as I can tell, the president was made exclusively for the day date, then in 2000 they made available the day date with a jubilee bracelet. Did they do the same with the datejust and the president bracelet?

Thanks :)

First reaction is, odd. Very odd.

It is highly doubtful if a special order DJ 18ct was supplied on a DD bracelet.

Perhaps someone took an 18ct DJ, removed/sold the gold endpiece, gold buckle and alligator strap, then acquired a genuine modern DD gold bracelet and fitted it for the hell of it.

I'd suggest that a little more probing into the back story of this (seller creds. price, paperwork, receipts etc etc) will put this story to bed.
