Cyclops unique to Rolex?
Does any other brand watch use a cyclops? I haven't seen any others.

there are quite a few brands that use them, both indivudually styled watches (eg Panerai) and homages to Rolex (eg Invicta).
if you search google for cyclops on watches it will show you the vast number of models out there

Well, I guess I haven't been paying attention as there seems to be many watches with the cyclops.

Panerai has some models but they use the date magnifier under the crystal.

Seiko puts cyclops on limited series Monsters, and quite unusual one, that covers both date and day.

Have always loved the way Cartier integrated the cyclops into the design of the Roadster.

<--- That one has it on the underside of the crystal -- which is a lot easier to keep clean than the ones on top of the crystal. A someone else mentioned, AP's have a lens sitting on top of the movement poking up through the dial.
