First day at the beach PO 8500
Took a little side trip to Key West and took the new PO 8500 with me. It survived submersion in about 3 feet of water. Here are a few more shots.
My girlfriend laughed when she caught me looking at my iPhone for the time after spending 15 minutes taking pictures of this watch. She knows that even though I was staring at it, I wasn't looking at the time. It is a beautiful watch. If anyone is on the fence - I hope these pictures help push you over. All shot with a Lumix DMC-ZS1 Rob |

Beautiful pictures! I never get tired of seeing water drops of watches, the effect is great!

Thanks for all the replies
More will follow. It is a very photogenic watch, especially with the new applied markers and gorgeous bezel.

I love your watch and photos. The orange arabics are beautiful. I'm thinking of selling my 45.5mm 2500 caliber PO for a 42 mm version of your watch. I'm just torn between the bracelet and rubber strap.

Very nice!!, and I admire your courage straight to the surf. Always takes me a while even to work up to allow getting a new watch wet! Even if it's a diver...I know

Congrats and nice to see you getting out and about with your new PO. IMHO the 8500 version is certainly a significant upgrade to the older version...
