My New SS Daytona
It took several attempts with two cameras, but here is a photo of my new SS Daytona.

Hmm
A "Skinny Hands" and are dial markers not moved up at 3 and 9? What is the series? And where did you buy it?

Well, I might be wrong, but time will tell. I wasn't wrong on the "brownoysterdj" one, though.

Another comment: it is actually a TT. But the section under the safety clasp is all gold, instead of have SS on either side of the gold center. I have a Z series TT Daytona, so it could just be different.

I don't see any TT in the pic. Maybe I need glasses.
I will just wait for a better pic.

Yup they are moved up, apparantly also on this one.
Here is a little info on it: The subsidiary dials at 6 and 9 are "moved a little up" as they should be as compared to the predecessor, the Daytona ref. 16520. CLICK HERE TO READ/SEE THE DIFFERENCE It looks like it has "Skinny Hands"? More about them versus "Fat hands" here: "Skinny" vs "Fat Hands". CLICK! Well, I dunno. I just still have this gut feeling. It has got its keys and all, but where are the box and papers?

I see the what you mean by the markers now.
From the picture it looks like gold links in the middle, so I thought it was a SS/Gold Daytona. It must be reflection. |

I don't know, but I'm going to give the guy the benefit of the doubt.
Nice watch, welcome to TRF.

The blurry pic clearly shows a pre 2004 Daytona. No way is it a 2007 AD new stock arrival. The hour and minute chrono hands are not parallel to each other either.

Okay, what I am confused about:
I might be wrong, but I see the socalled "Skinny Hands" Daytona on that pic. Here more about the "Skinny Hand versus Fat Hand Daytona": "Skinny Hands" versus "Fat Hands" Daytona. CLICK! The "Skinny Hands" Daytona were discontinued sometime in 2004 (mid F-series). Now, in the beneath thread: "The SS Daytona wait". CLICK! You state: How come your AD got a fresh "SKINNY HANDS" from 2004 in????

Guys, this is a brand new, 2007 Rolex Daytona. I purchased it last week from JR Dunn in Lighthouse Point. Shall I post pics of the paperwork and warranty, too? Yes, they are an AD. The picture may be fuzzy, but the watch is not. I own four Rolex, all of which are real, so I have a clue. I am new to this forum, but not to Rolex. Sheeesh.
