AT 8500 pics
There's so much emphasis on the PO, SMP, and Speedys ( LOVE them all) ....so I thought you guys might enjoy some pics of my Aqua Terra with the Grey Teck dial. The vertical lines are actually more pronounced in the pics than in real life. I love the versatility of this piece. More elegant/classy than the divers IMO but still very sporty. Looks different in different lighting....

Thanks. Yeah...it's the 41.5MM version. Cool thing about this watch is its chameleon like nature. Looks different in different lighting situations. AT the AD where lights are bright, it looks light gray/silver like the top picture. In softer and less brightly lit situations, it looks more like the middle pics.

Hi Warrior, I agree with you about the AT being over looked in favour of the PO's and Speedies. Heres my 44mm London Olympic 2012 SE. I love the way it changes with every light condition.

Agree that the Aqua Terra line is probably underrated. However they are beautiful watches, as the pics above show. Here is my current daily wearer:

At 8500
I bought the same watch last summer, out of 20 I own its the best of the lot, just wish I had tried it on before buying. My small 6.37" wrist is just too small for this 41.5 mm case. I'm looking to sell it soon
I can gaze at the 8500 movement all day and the +/- 1 second a day is the most accurate I've ever had the pleasure of owning. If I could only grow my wrist some....... Jim Roberts |

Thanks again, guys. The grey AT really is beautiful and such a high quality piece. I see tons of Datejusts ( which of course are classics) but it really is nice to own a timepiece that not many have. I think that's part of the pleasure of owning an Omega in my area of the world.
