Question on the Glidelock clasp 116610..

So I just got my new sub today and I am stoked!!

My AD took out 2 link and with the glidelock all the way on its smallest setting the watch is still a little looser then I would like it.. If i took out one more link and went to the loosest setting would that be too tight?

Is the glidlock = to 1 link?

I just measured mine with a scale. It looks like you have about 1/2 inch adjustment with the glidelock. A link is a little shy of that, so I would think you would have a couple clicks more than a link for adjustment, if that makes sense.

A little more than 1 link is what I think for the GL.

What amazes me is that Rolex took so long to get it right (Glidelock).

How about a glidelock that has 1.8mm steps and can be adjusted on your wrist without taking off the watch?

Taking an additional link out would have been my suggestion also..

With the glidelock I think that pretty much anyone can get a perfect fit with room to adjust both looser and tighter.
My favorite bracelet and clasp of any watch on the market.

I love the glidelock too. I use it all the time with weather changes. I know it's designed to go on top of your divers suit but it works in everyday life. I'd like the GMT to have as much play.

What you should do is take out 3 links and then loosen the glidelock a little bit. One click on the glidelock is definitely not 1 link, I would say it's a bit less than half of a link...

I love the glide lock on my DSSD, but I am disappointed in it on the Subs. Hard to use, and no dive extension.
