Looking to buy a platty DD2, which dial would you choose?
Just picked up an ice blue dial Cellinium for my first Rolex and looking to add to my collection. Looking to add a DD2 in platinum and was wondering which dial people prefer. I'm leaning towards the charcoal dial with black arabic numbers and concentric dial. However, I also love the ice blue with platinum roman numerals! Tough choices.

only plats have ice blue dials, it may be more recognizeable if that matters to you.

I personally feel the blue will stand out. Depends if you want a normal looking watch to fly under the radar - or have a watch that very few other people do??
The baseline for almost all watches is steel with black or white faces - not too many have a blue... Sexy yet very elegant. |
