Cure my madness! HELP !!!

So I bought this gorgeous IWC yesterday and I love it. When I went back home I noticed a micro thin plasticy hair/lint stuck between the crystal and case. Tried tweezing it out but it was really stuck in there. Remember, this is a BNIB watch from the AD. I pulled harder and it tore leaving an ever so tiny piece stuck in there and it's driving me crazy!

Help me please. How can I fix this at home or should I return and exchange it? Or should I just grow up and live with it!?

Try using some tape, that might pull it out.

ehhh that would drive me crazy!
have you considere burning it ? a tiny flame for a milli second (just a suggestion i dnt think it will harm the watch) or take it to dealer and have him remove it!

Thanks for all the suggestions. Tried tape, no good. Tried fire, also failed. Texted the AD salesman and went to a watchmaker. The watch maker fixed using a loupe (not sure about the name.. magnifying glass) and a very small, sharp screw driver. AD replied that he'll exchange it ... after i fixed it. :p

Still happy though :)

Not sure why (maybe because my work monitors are dim) but I don't see anything based on the pictures...

BUT with that being said, if you see something that isn't supposed to be there... brand new from the AD, I personally would DEFINITELY go back in there and have them fix it or request a new one. There's no reason you should spend that kind of money on a luxury item and not get what you expected. IWC wouldn't want it that way either.

I'm sure IWC would figure it out with the AD.

back to the AD. there is no reason a highly respected watch house would let something like like pass their QC....

It could have got stuck in there at the AD, no one knows if it was shipped from IWC that way. Either way it is gone, no worries.

get a very sharp razor blade and cut it close to the case. You won't hurt the crystal so no worries.

Take it back. It will be easy to remove with the crystal out.
