Does the Tudor Pelagos have the same case dimensions as the Heritage Chrono?

Both are listed at 42mm, but the THC has a lug length of 50 mm. Anybody know about this dimension for thus Pelagos? I'm very interested in the Oelagos and Black Bay and size might play a role in this.

Anybody? I really am intrigued by the Pelagos and am seriously considering it. But I'm afraid it will be too large on my small wrist (a shade over 6"). The THC actually wears OK on my wrist; if the Pelagos is the same size (lug-lug distance, thickness, etc), I think I can get away with it. Otherwise, it might be too big. Thanks
