just sayin hey..dont have a rolex yet, but been lookinf for a month for a full size yachtmaster for 5k. had a deal on ebay but due to exchange rate changes deal fell through.

but i'm hopeful. if anyone has a deal for a newlywed let me know thx! have a great holiday season

yes it is Victoria, bc...i actually live just outside vic, in shawnigan lake. We moved 35min. north of the city last year, so nice to wake up to the lake as oppossed to traffic. we commute daily now.

soon the ym will be on my wrist!

OK..looks nlike the deal might go through. she relisted the watch and didnt get her reserve...so i emailed he back and asked iof she will sell for the reserve.

the situation that happend b4 was auction ended at 5100, her reserve was 5200..then we made a deal for 5500us, polished, shipped, insured etc. The exchange rate the day of the deal was almost .10 on the $.(nov10) so i took pics of the screen of ebay etc. showing the dat and the amount in cdn if i had paid PP as its their rates..it took a bit to get her address and mailed the cheques, the rate changed and she wanted more..i said no, she relisted and i cancelled the cheques..AGAIn it doesnt go to reserve bid, so i emailed her and offered the ORG. reserve shipped, and she has now agreed to $5200us shipped, and i will wire transfer so no BS w/ exchange rtae etc. it will be about 5300 after all the fees for me and postage from b4, but overall she trustworthy and its a nice watch w/ all papers etc..she even sent pic of org. rec. I googled her and called her cell phone, work etc. as she is a realtor in middleboro and i asked her husbands name to confirm her truthfulness as i found it online as well as his grad class etc..also donations they make! lol
so it looks like i will be official soon..well after customs etc.

i will keep ya posted if i get screwed or not, but she seems great..otherwise she would have cashed the cheques for slightly less and called it aday and never spoke to me again.
