Most Re-acquired Rolex Poll
well, lets start this...
what rolex on trf is the most re-acquired after being flipped, traded, punted, exiled, paroled and 'at-the-time-it-was-a-good-idea-but-i-screwed-up-royal' model? for me, its the 14060 or 14060M have at it. |

Need other, SS/PT YM....5 times.

The DSSD should be included in the poll. It is a very polarizing watch. Whenever I sell one off, I feel the need to buy it back right away, but it only takes a few days on the wrist to discover why I sold the last one. It is very top-heavy and harder to get along with in the real-world (than a Sub C), but I am still drawn to it for some reason.

Classic Sea Dweller for me...on my fourth one. Keep paying considerably more each time too, you would think I'd get the picture! There's just something about it I keep coming back to.

14060M ;) must have, literal piece of history. Let us not forget that the original subs did not have a vulgar cyclops!

Uhm that would definitely be the 16610 Sub Date for me! Sold one that I wld gladly pay double for now just for sentimental reasons. Replaced it with a non lug hole model. Sold that for a Sub C LV (which I love) but than also picked up a P serial 16610 w/ lug holes. I believe the 16610 w/ lug holes is the perfect Sub bar none!

My first Rolex was a GMT and I traded it after 2 years. I have been wanting it back since I walked out of the shop.
About 2 years ago I was ever so close to trading my M serial 16610LV and I am so thankful that I decided not to! |

Bought my 5th Daytona this past Summer. The SS/Pt Ym's in 2nd place with 4... Though I KNOW I will buy another to make it an even 5. Just a matter of time.

So far it looks like this falls preceisely in line with watches' popularity on TRF. I let go of a GMT before, but not again.

Multiple sport models... Subs, GMTs, Exp IIs...
My guess is that the poll results will reflect the relative popularity of each model, so probably Sub and GMT will have the most votes... EDIT: Snap!
