I'm gonna try that. I want to hear it.

So awesome, the harmonics are simply amazing. I pushed this (airplay) to my house stereo, I think I will create a loop and just let it rip all day! :-)

Great Recording!

I really like hearing how the sound changes gradually throughout the second hand sweep.

My EXP 2 3186 sounds exactly like this. Previously I thought the sound was constant and uniform but its nice to hear the complexity.

One of the strangest things ...

... I've encountered is that sometimes I sleep with my watches on and I can actually hear it ticking through the pillow if my arm is underneath it I know you think I am crazy but it has happened a few times. I know there are probably a few sound engineers laughing right now -Ron

Mine makes a ka-ching sound like an old cash register opening. Or is that just in my head?

as compared to every other automatic watch I listened to usually has a slower ticking sound and usually I can only hear the ticking and no tinging sound like a Rolex. a Rolex seems to tick a bit louder than other watches too

I don't know if that makes any sense at all but it has a distinct sound.....lol
That's exactly what mine sounds like... it's almost musical.

Me too! But my Rolex 'sing' to me, a soft musical pinga-pinga-pinga

This is an interesting idea- using audio signature to identify your own watch, like a Soviet submarine. I bet if you graphed them each would have a slight variation, enough to see it as unique.

Sometimes I put my arm to my ear at night and listen to the ticking. The sound has always been able to put me to sleep. If the ticking is loud enough on some of my less expensive watches, my wife would make me take it off so she could sleep
