Pre-Thanksgiving Dinner with some outreageous wine/ROLEX

The Prim Rib is dry rubbed and in the fridge for Thursday and the 24 lb turkey is sitting in a chicken stock brine with a bunch of different spices for 36 hours. Rib-eye is going in my belly tonight along with some great wine.
And since my SS GMT IIc is on the way to RSC in Dallas I'm going to have to TT it this year for Thanksgiving.

Anyway, have a great holiday, and post your pics of your dinner on Thursday if you could.

Shout out to Costco !!!

Doing a Thanksgiving dinner for some US Expats here in Japan on Saturday. The Japanese obviously do not celebrate Thanksgiving.

Turkey, pork loins, mashed and sweet potatoes, blue cheese/pear/walnut salad, pumpkin soup and pumpkin pie, rolls, corn, stuffing and lots of cold beer.

Shout out as well to Costco!
