chapter ring branding question

Is there anything else being engraved on the chapter ring, other than ROLEXROLEXROLEX?

I have come across photos of M series Rolex's which appear to show some other engraving on the chapter ring... perhaps a serial number??

Thank you

Correct, serial number at 6 o´clock position inside the chapter ring.

There are still serial number between the lugs too.

And besides that, the Rolex Coronet (crown) is engraved at 12 o'clock, before the FIVE "ROLEX" start on each side (ten "Rolex" in total).

Welcome to TRF!
