Blocked MAC Address

I have attempted to contact support on this issue but have not heard back. If one of the moderators could respond that would be very helpful:

Rolexforums is blocking my router MAC address(es) and I can only log in if I connect directly through the modem. Please send me an email (graham(at)golme(dot)com so I can send you these MACs to unblock. Email is prefferred as I cannot access this site unless I take my entire network down.

Thanks,
GM

Is this your primary TRF account?

yes

I recently registered and pledged. I also sent an email with the MAC address that will hopefully resolve this problem.

Thanks,
Graham

I found that my Cox address was not able to log into TRF. I just switched Internet Providers at home and I can connect again.
So it appears that the system here auto blocks IP addresses. After reconnecting through the new ISP everything worked in the same exact configuration I had it in when I was with Cox.

Only difference hardware wise was Cable Modem to DSL modem. All other configurations stayed the same.

Who knows why...Now that's the answer we would like to get to tthe bottom of.
