At last! Finally picked up the Diver after much drooling on here! Actually thought my collection was done but seeing the many pics and reading your stories turned me on to this model. Much thanks to Thsiao, Neil and other owners for their advice and support! Also many thanks to DavidSW for a flawless transaction.

Thanks everyone for the kind words. Yes you could say this became my latest "grail" (all the watches I have bought have been my grail until achieving them) as I was (and still am) obsessed with it and eat up any information I can on this model. Can't take it off, love it so much, staring at it all the time! Worried what this means for the rest of the collection's wrist time though, think it;s gonna be a looong honeymoon!!!

Update: a couple weeks on and I still haven't taken it off! Got my first major ding, was having dinner and smacked the watch on the side of the table, scratch/ dent to one of the bevelled edges of case! Aghhh! Trying to get over that, but absolutely love the watch. It really is such a masculine piece, looks so modern and to my eyes futuristic! HAGWE all
