F.S.: Rolex GMT Master 1675 Pepsi Ca. 1963

Hello Everybody,

A grail is on hold for me, I am very hesitant about this sale. I know for sure I will hesitate of this sale, but I need to fund that incoming grail.

I got this Rolex GMT Master 1675 Pepsi during a face to face deal here in B.C., Canada. I received this baby from a retired Canadian Navy gentleman who was the second owner and kept it in his bank safe for many years.

As I was told, this piece was serviced 2 years ago. No service papers.

RSC relumed the original dial and it looks beautiful, and this cream lume glows all night long!

I never timed it because I never wore it not to add any scratch, but the second owner told me it keeps perfect time close to COSC. The movement hacks, I tested it several times. The acrylic crystal looks excellent with a very few minor hair lines. It is very hard to see. I am trying my best to disclose everything that I can see through my visual inspection and by magnifying already close up fotos which I took at 1700 PDT (0000 GMT) today on 23.09.2013.

The dial, bezel and bezel insert, crown, jubilee bracelet with 502 end links, hands are all original!

There is a 2 cm scratch on the case back which can be buffed out if it bothers you.

Numbers 6 and 9 are not open, and are a bit close to the upper corner on the date window.

Crown screws in with 2.5 turns, it is not very smooth but it does the job. I visited my watchmaker today and asked them to have a quick look. After examining the crown briefly, they said it was doing the job and nothing to worry.

Pointed crown guards are another beautiful part of this historic piece.

Serial number 16XXXXX dates to 1963 as per the second owner, and it is legible. It is a half century old history!

These points are as per best knowledge of the previous owner and myself. If I am missing anything, please do not hesitate to let me know or correct me. I am very new to the vintage Rolex world.

The bezel truns both ways firmly. Insert red faded nicely, and there is a hair line at 0100 position on the blue side.

Here are the very fresh fotos:

Serial number has been blurred intentionally:

Some stretch on the original jubilee bracelet with 502 end links:

Watch box (Correct for 1960s but not original to this piece), Your Oyster book (In Chinese), both hang tags, and green Rolex wallet (Card holder) are included. No papers.

This beauty cost me $6100 US. I will price this piece with an already reduced amount of $5900 US OBRO! Do not feel shy to give me your best offers. All PMs and emails will be replied fast.

Canada Post Express shipping (Super fast and trackable – safe), insurance, and Paypal are included in Canada. I ship worldwide, please ask me for the postage options and costs. There is no express delivery to Europe from Canada. But I can ship via courier at the buyer's expense if you would like it faster. Customs is the buyer's responsibility.

No trade for this piece.

Any questions?: PM or serdalkaptan at gmail dot com.

Face to face deals and inspections are more than welcome here in B.C., Canada.

Thanks for looking . . .

Withdrawn From Sale

This GMT has been withdrawn from sale due to several errors I made unknowingly in its description. I am very new to vintage Rolex world, and this is a bitter learning experience for me.

I apologize for any inconvenience I caused, and thank you for your understanding and precious time.

And thank to those who informed me of the mistakes on my sales post.

This piece will be withdrawn from sale on others forums that I posted very soon after clearing the situation at "Watch Out" section.

Very best regards . . .

Capt. Serdal
