A. Lange & Söhne Richard Lange Perpetual Calendar Terraluna

Possibly my favourite watch of SIHH 2014 is the absolutely stunning A. Lange & Söhne Richard Lange Perpetual Calendar Terraluna. I was reading (and drooling) about this beauty on Hodinkee but then happened across a video on YouTube.

Warning this nearly bought me to tears: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7KYfE7UxqCs

You can read Hodinkee's review and check out their photos here: http://www.hodinkee.com/blog/hands-o...ndar-terraluna

One hell of a grail watch.

It is a beautiful piece for sure. I don't like how cluttered the front dial is though, but I am spoiled by the understated elegance of the Richard Lange PLM Tourbillon.

I will say that it grows on me more everyday. Perhaps I am growing used to how different the dial design looks with all of the apertures on it. I definitely like it better than the other perpetual calendars out there, because it is quite a unique layout.
