Part number on inner SEL

Once again for the benefit of the newbies, please note that many newer models will NOT have the bracelet part number inscribed on the inner side of the bracelet or first link as is usually the case. It will be seen on the inner side of the SEL, but you will have to take off the bracelet to see this.

Remember one thing, Val...with an SEL bracelet, the end link is solid and is an integral part of the bracelet (cannot come loose).

With a non-SEL bracelet, the end link is not part of the bracelet and comes separate when you take off the bracelet.

SELs were introduced around end 1999 (I think!)

Look again, tosser....those are my bracelet part numbers...a common universal number for all those kind of bracelets. Serial number of the watch is inscribed on the 6 o'clock side of the case.
