Its been polished and re done but it looks to have been done correctly...

Bezel looks correct for that era.

Any pics of the movement?

Also is the seller reputable and do they have any feedback from other buyers/sellers?

Do you think the dial has been done or just the case? The dial looks good to me... I'm wearing my 1983 5513 right now and they look pretty similar.

Very nice watch.
If John says so, it is so !

The case has been polished, nicely but not correctly at the side ends of the lugs IMO.

The hands indicate humidity at some instant, so your attention shall go to the movement. See also the fantastic " 5513mattedial.com - Great 5513 Website" at the top of this Vintage Section.

It all depends on the price as well.

George has the rare and unique pleasure of being an original owner of an unpolished 5513 with a mk 5 maxi dial. I never get tired of seeing that one.

not bad - moisture ingress at some point in time; can be seen on hands and dial

Corrosion on the hands wouldn't be too big an issue for me, I've seen worse!

If this helps, this is my 83 5513. If the plots look wonky it's because I have a SD plexi
