Does my watch need a doctor??

So this watch was serviced by a company with a mixed internet reputation about a year ago (before I bought it). Take a look at the pushers and how they are sitting on their stems (is that the right term?). Notice the one on the right is sitting higher on the stem than the one on the left. It's also a bit "spongy" in that it has some downward movement when pressed gently. It seems to be well attached to the stem so I don't think it's just going to "pop off"... Anyone have any thoughts? The watch was serviced a year ago and after buying it, I really can't afford much more of repairs. I thought I would see what you guys here thought before taking it to a shop for an assessment...

Boy, I'm not a speedy expert but it does look a bit off. I can recommend a couple folks who can sort it for you. If your last guy messed up this, think of what could be lurking inside the case! Get it looked at by a competent watchmaker and you'll be all set.
