The most current price list from Patek Philippe for MRSP in the US is currently posted up at Timezone. As per the title of this post, it's available for two weeks only but you can save a copy of it. Click here.

This is the second price increase for Patek so far this year!!

A good price guide for those of you with previous Patek models listed would be to take the MRSP of the piece you have at the time you paid for it, and meet it half way with the current price of said piece.
