Help with Chronoswiss issue

Hi all,

I purchased my wife a pre-owned Chronoswiss Kairos for her 1st "nice" watch. It's an automatic movement. The issue is when worn it stays wound and is accurate, however when trying to wind from the crown it is not winding in Position 0. It feels smooth when winding I'm this position but doesn't actually wind it. Watch hacks when setting the time, and adjusting the date there's no issue either. Any help would be appreciated. Watch came with wood box, original papers / warranty, hang tag. I was told it was rarely worn and it was services once. But I was not given any service paperwork and was not told what was done during the service.

It seems it is powered by a Valjoux 72 movement so I think any competent watchmaker could service it if there is no Chronoswiss AD in your area.
