Icon14 Help with some vintage dials

A question to you vintage experts... Any thoughts as to whether these two dials are original or have been redone? The pictures do not do these dials justice. Each has a luster that is hard to capture with a smartphone camera (which frankly leads one to conclude that these are re-dialed). But would love to hear anyone's thoughts... thanks!

1st looks completely off... Both hands and dial.
2nd looks good to me, though I've never seen that combo.
