Anyone know this ebay seller?

I've seen a few watches for sale that look interesting (esp a GMT II) by Chris Wiley at Chris's Timepieces. Although generally leery of making a big dollar purchase on eBay, I've seen some positive comments from TRF members about dealers on eBay and was wondering whether anyone has any experience with this seller.

What are you looking for in a GMT - SS, two tone, papers, etc?

He's had 481 sales and 100% feedback. he has a lot of feedback from selling Rolex watches that are high value sales; $2,500 - $7,000. I believe you would probably be pretty safe in buying from him.

Good-Luck in your search. That is half the fun.

I had a unrelated eBay seller with similar fantastic and extensive feedback sell me a Rolex with a counterfeit case and bracelet.

Consider sending the watch to Rolex to look at it- if you buy one ebay.

Most people just take it somewhere to have the caseback opened or look at a watch and decide it's genuine. That's all the feedback means.

I have a GMT, "A" serial number, sold new in 2000, stainless steel/pepsi bezel insert, oyster band, serviced in 2007, looks like new, complete with box, papers and booklets for $4000. Email me if interested.
