My latest more or less Rolex treasure...

First revelation here on TRF, bought this one a few days ago. Should be here soon. A 1950 Tudor small rose with sub dial seconds. For the Canadian Crew, the caseback reads:

D.F. Schneider
25 Years Service
J.M. Schneider Ltd.
1951

They're a division of Maple Leaf Foods now. Makes it easy to date the watch through the dedication, though. It'll be the next one to go out for restoration after the S&D pocket watch is done. Sorry about the crappy pix, I'll have better soon.

It's a tiny one, only 28 mm diameter. After it's restored it'll be a great watch for Nancy to add to her wardrobe.

Very old, very obscure Rolex/Tudor for sale? I might be interested. PM me.

Al, can you make the pictures just a little bit smaller? I can still almost make out a watch!

I know, when I previewed them they looked pretty lame. I've tried to blow them up but they end up fuzzy as heck when I enlarge them. Bear with me, I'll end up with killer before and after pix of this project.
