Let's be real though; is there a watch that would look bad on her?

This does go to show you that taking a super close wrist shot is very deceiving to how a watch actually looks on someone.

well not an apt comparison people have different standards when judging men and women

people are more accepting of a woman having a watch too big for them than if a man did

If you really want critique, we will need more pics to assess from different angles.
Seriously though I still think the watch looks hideous.
I agree that a woman can get away with a big watch much easier than a man, but fact is, a scrawny guy with small wrists sporting that will look weird.
A bigger guy with a bony wrist will wear it well.
I remember noticing at a friend's party, one of the guys was wearing a 44MM PAM, it really looked out of place.
