I don't sleep with a watch on unless traveling and the room is not equipped with a safe.
The rest of the time I rarely take it off.

I NEVER take my watch off except to sleep, shower, heavy physical activity that could cause damage, or when I'm not wearing it.

I take it off when I go to bed and put it on after I shower. If working on my sports car I also take it off other than that it is on all day.

I never take my Exp2 off except when showering and when aerobic walking (only because I have a better tool to track my walks, my Garmin Fenix 3)

I wore my 16550 Exp II all the time for years, never took it off for any reason, then I started frequenting this forum and subsequently added 4 Rolexes to my collection so I rotate them. When I wear the Exp II I do not take it off. All other watches, even the new ones, I won't wear in the shower.

I can honestly say my watch never leaves my wrist, I mean never wear it working, skateboard (not as often anymore), golfing, working, sleeping and drinking.
I think that's how they are supposed to be worn Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I don't shower with my watches on. I sometimes sleep wearing a watch, but I think about as often, I don't.
I don't leave the apartment without a watch, though.

I used to wear mine 24/7, but I started getting some arm pain when sleeping. Now I take it off when I sleep.
I usually shower with it on. It's a good time to clean out the dirt that creates bracelet stretch. |

I take my watch off when I get home.
No need to wear it around the house. |
