Is this Rolex counterfeit?

Based on the one picture, looks ok. You may want to check the reference numbers on the case and inspect the movement..

Looks like a nice project. Even a good session with polywatch to clean up the crystal, plus a good soak and brush for the bracelet, will do wonders.

I'm not really familiar with watches. The watch didn't come with any paper or box. Where do I check the reference number?

I like it. Polywatch, a soft bristled brush and a very little soapy water or Vereat and sending the bracelet to Michael Young will do it good. Factor a full service into the price as well.
