NWD First Rolex bracelet adjustment

Hi guys,
I'm new to the forum... just got my first Rolex. 2011 Daytona two tones.
Love it.
but I'm trying to adjust the bracelet. so when not using the quick link closet its a little too loose to my taste and when closing the quick ling its too tight. uncomfortable, leaving marks. I need some additional fine tuning.
any recommendation?

Ive been to the local rolex dealer but honestly, they aren't very nie or patient. I guess they would if I had bought it to them...

thanks guys!

without the quicklink enabled feels kinda loose IMO:

Open up the quick link and look at how it attaches to the clasp cover.
The spring bar will have 3 positions it can be seated in.
I would move it out to the next hole which gives 3mm extra.
Then when you have the quick link closed it will be that bit looser you need.
If you are already at the outer holes in the clasp cover,
It'll require a link going in, and then maybe in on the clasp cover.

There is some additional adjustment inside your clasp, which should help you get a better fit. After using a glidelock, however, anything else seems insufficient...
