Vintage running like a top!

I don't expect precise, spot on accuracy from a nonhacking, non quickset, vintage ETA movement. However, my watchmaker was able to dial in my vintage Tudor Date+Day to -2.5 sec per day.
Plus it's another excuse to show the damn thing off again.

Very nice Dan . Whats the story behind it. Vintage Tudors can pop up in the strangest places. And very good buys can be had. You can't say that about their big brothers.

Mine was an Ebay sale, from Australia. The reference was only available from 1970 to 1979.
Tudor offered many Oyster styles and options not found in the Rolex brand. Such as 38mm SS DD's [not what you and Bubba are thinkin', JJ!], rotating bezel DD's, various sized Subs, and chronos w/ dates.
