I'm sorry I didn't catch how the bezel faded so much? My Pepsi was purchased new in the early nineties, worn every day and everywhere for its first 20 years and still hasn't faded.

I have a D Serial Pepsi - probably a year newer than his - and it's faded to a pinkish red, but not nearly as bad.....

I have no idea, I have seen both, watches older, vivid colours, and similar to my daughter's, almost tarnished fading.
