Discounted retail prices?

Good night,

I know the retail prices for the new submariners however one of my friend told me that rolex ADs discount quite good on any model when you are serious buyer. Higher the price tag, higher the discount you can push he said.

Any one knows the last price on the sub w/date and w/o date models?

In EU countries, approx. Of course
