114060 Submariner looking for guidance

I am brand new to this forum and looking for guidance. I would like to purchase a submariner 114060 no date. I have a line on a watch that was built in 2010 but just realized that it does not come with the ceramic bezel. I would feel more comfortable purchasing the latest model possible. Can anyone tell me what type of price difference I should be looking at in say buying a polished 2010 in excellent condition vs. a 2012 or newer model? I appreciate the input and help.
