Patek misaligned date

My 5146g annual calendar was sent back twice, the second time for 4 months.
The date is at the bottom and is slightly off center to left, especially noticeable with the single number dates, two trips back to the factory did not solve. I guess the consider it ok as long as not cut off by the aperture edge. I have six rolex combined that cost about the same as this watch and never a
Had mechanical issues with any, granted the movements are simpler but still it's a bit of a disappointment.

Hiaz my 5167 got the date misaligned problem.. I wear it alternate weeks with my 2 tone blue submariner. Going to sent it in for check.
