Dealer Pics
I popped in looking for an Air King and tho it was nice and has a fun dial, the two watches that really seized my attention were the LVc and the TT DJ41. As I have the Big Bluesy I don't really need another coloured Sub but the Champagne/gold dial of the DJ41 was very nice, I've never been a fan before. Proportions are excellent and that or a chocolate dial may well be my next watch after Basel now. Always fun when you go in thinking of one and come out thinking of another entirely.

Similar thing happened to me on my last visit...I fell very hard for the DJ41 when in fact I was there to look at the LVc. The proportions are just...perfect, for lack of a better word.
Now. We need to talk about why you can't have an LV and a Bluesy...I for one sure as heck think you can, my friend. Hey, that AK looked pretty sweet, too! Great post, Neil! |

What a great pair those Subs would make.

Thanks for sharing, Air King ♔ 116900 is very fun and versatile watch. I must say the Submariner on the left side is scrumptious

Nice pics! I'm biased toward the LVC but the DJ41 looks really good.

The AK he'd come down to £4650. It's a 3 month old watch so I def won't pay over retail for it. Hulk they had quite a few as always, prices are all above retail I think even for one a few years old.

A fun trip!
That smooth bezel lessens the difference to me between the DJII and DJ41 compared to the fluted bezel, at least in that photo.... |
