How do you use your bezel?

Whether you have a diver, GMT, or other, how do you use your bezel? Maybe timing steaks on the grill or marking the day of the month? If you use it for timing (let's use 15 minutes in this example), do you move the triangle marker to your current minute and count up? Maybe you move it to the next 15 minute spot and count down?

Just curious and thought it might be an interesting topic of discussion.

I have the GMT and I rarely used the bezel for its function. I sometimes just turn it left and right for no reason at all.
Here, I'll do it one more time for the sake of this thread.

GMT: to track 3rd timezone

I use mine for cooking, recently had to put this lovely rib of beef in the oven for an hour and forty minutes so the bezel came in really handy and cooked the beef to perfection. I set the pearl to the time it is ready.

Use both my GMT and sub bezels for timing things from French press coffee to steaks on the grill. I also use my daytona to time kiddo naps or other extended timing events

I use my Gmt bezel more for timing things. Perfect for 15 minute times.
