Rubber Everest Strap

Hey guys just posting some pictures. Thanks to @jbenjamin1 for the great price and quick shipping! I love this thing, it's so comfortable and it looks great on my sub! I have a feeling my Oyster bracelet is going to get jealous

Yeah I didn't expect them to be so comfortable! How often do you switch back and forth, because now I'm wondering if I ever will want to go back lol.

It all depends. My GMT is worn 90 percent of time, so I might change colors or back to metal once a week or so. It just depends on how I feel on a given day. I chose the tang buckle to make switches faster and easier. I plan on bringing both the Everest and metal bands on an upcoming Antigua trip. The right tool makes it a breeze. I think they look great on subs.

Yeah I chose the tang buckle too. I thought they looked better and it also saves the clasp wear and tear. Yeah I think once I get over the initial "wow this is super comfortable and it looks great" I will probably be switching them out every week or so. Looks good on the GMT too! Now I have to start thinking about what my next watch will be. Right now the SubLVc is in the lead, second place is tied with a Datejust 36 mm or OP with blue dial, Third place is the BLNR which moves up to 2nd place all the time. I'm waiting until Basel next month because I'm really looking forward to seeing the new Datejust 41 in stainless / white gold

The perfect strap for that watch!! I am sure it can handle door knobs better than the factory Oyster!

Thanks guys

Haha yeah I'm sure I can knock this thing around and not worry about banging it up. I still can't believe how comfortable it is.

I got a Pm about strap changing tools so I thought I would share this one. It works great, but still takes a little practice in the beginning. I recommend taking your time and tapping lugs until you get good at it. Make sure to get the extra fine forks for use on Rolex.

I used this tool. I bought it here http://www.esslinger.com/horofix-wat...ers-band-tool/

It was cheaper than the Bergeon and it works great and even comes with an extra set of forks. I like it because you can pivot the forks down and use it horizontally or vertically.

I am sure the Bergeon 7825 works great, and I tried ordering it but they were out of stock and it wouldn't ship for a couple weeks. So I decided to order this one instead and just try it out and return it if it sucked. Safe to say it works awesome and is a good alternative if anyone wants a tool with interchangeable / pivoting forks for a cheaper price

Looks good Anthony. Are you using the bracelet clasp?

Prefer Rubber B

I prefer Rubber B. Much more elegant IMHO. Plus I like the fact that they are SWISS MADE

(everest rubber bands look mushy to me, and are not marked on the rubber where exactly they are made (china I imagine). I feel like less people have any common sense these days where they spend their hard earned money.

I only wish the beautiful woman in their ads came with the strap....
