Explorer 214270 on a jubilee?
Has anyone fitted a Jubilee bracelet to a 214270? I'm interested to try this combo but have no idea whether there are any jubilee bracelets, either Rolex or aftermarket, that will fit.
I've seen some pictures but I think they're mostly of 14270 Explorers on jubilees. I searched here and found a couple of old threads on this topic, but neither produced any results, so maybe I'm on a wild goose chase... |

Yes. A 63200 and or a 63600 ‘Super’ Jubilee will fit a 214270. I originally bought the 63600 Jubilee for a 16570 Polar, flipped that, bought a Grape OP 39 which the Jubillee fit surprisingly well. Not that well known but the OP 39 and Explorer share the exact same case, hence when I flipped the OP for a Explorer I 214270 MKII I knew it would crush and voila. A jubilee on a Sub?
A jubilee on an Explorer? These are action man watches! I thought the jubilee was for ladies watches or for flashy ocassions? |

Hi, reviving an old thread but what is the reference for the normal jubilee that will fit the 214270? I tried searching the above but I am getting only the super jubilee (hidden clasp)?
If there isnt one, is there a reputable after market one I can get? |

I picked up A Seiko SKX007 a while back and it came with a stock Jubilee bracelet, which I took off immediately. I use it exclusively with NATO straps. Divers on Jubilee bracelets rub me the wrong way

I don't really like the look if I am honest. The jubilee looks great on a DJ and the GMTs - what they were originally offered as an option with. On the divers or the explorers which are known to be ruggered watches - doesn't work imo.

Wow!!
I bought my Explorer for the brushed oyster bracelet as I think it is the best in the Rolex line at the moment BUT the jubilee works so well with this watch. the simplicity of the watch goes amazing with the "sophistication" of the jubilee. Thanks for sharing guys. I might consider buying one down the line,,,,

Well if you search VINTAGE explorers you will see most are on a jubilee bracelet.
