Datejust incoming.. well a old one anyway lol!

ok so i think i got a good deal, i was looking for a reliable daily that i could use for work as a beater as the PCL's are copping a hiding on my YM and i have scratched the dial on my speedy already (hesalite yes fixable but annoying none the less)
So i figured a sturdy Datejust would be a cheap alternative so the search began and i stumbled across this
1996 16233 Tapestry dial ..one owner safe queen with original boxes, certificate, cards, books, calendar and all links with the original purchase receipt
picked it up for $2500 usd which im thinking is a good deal(thoughts on this...seem like a good price?).... now im thinking its too good for a beater as well lol!

Great pick up. I would not personally relegate it to beater duty because it's so nice.
