I recently worked on a potential deal with Jeff. While it ultimately didn't work out I was left very impressed.

Overall great communication, reasonable and straight shooting. Just the kind of seller TRF needs.

Even though we didn't transact I felt a "shout out" was appropriate. I would not hesitate to deal with Jeff in the future.
